08jl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 08jl makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, continuity is not guaranteed. 08jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond 08jl's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 08jl's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
08jl is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or winnings, arising from platform use or inability to use the platform, regardless of the cause of action.

Upon account termination for breach of Terms, 08jl reserves the right to retain any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not the result of player misconduct, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on record.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 08jl's customer support team for informal resolution.
In the event that informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial dispute notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or, if mediation is unsuccessful, to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
08jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 08jl will provide notice via the platform's notification system or by email to the registered address on record, where applicable. Your continued use of the 08jl platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to request account closure.
